To book appointments please telephone 01924 271016 Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm and select option 1 for appointments. The lines can be busy all day Monday and between 8am and 9am daily. If your call can wait, please call at a less busy time.

The GP’s are using telephone consultations to assess the problem and where appropriate, managed over the phone, saving you the need to attend the surgery. The receptionist will ask for your name, contact telephone number and a brief description of why you need to see the doctor, this helps the clinician prioritise your call. You are then put on a list for a GP to ring back for an initial telephone consultation.

If you do need to be seen, an appropriate appointment will be offered by the GP.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly. Our practice nurses are available between 08.45 - 17:30.

Telephone Consultations

We offer a number of telephone consultations with doctors throughout the week.  Please ask at reception for further information

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. Please note that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for an appointment you will only be seen at the doctor's discretion. Anyone failing to attend three consecutive appointments without prior notice may be asked to find an alternative practice.
